"Platform"

The 995bat website, mobile version and all services connected to it are collectively referred to as the "Platform".

"Member"

Any person who has completed registration on 995bat and holds an active account is considered a "Member".

"Wager" or "Bet"

Any transaction in which money is placed at risk on the outcome of a sporting event, casino game or any other event.

"Money" or "Balance"

Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) held in a Member's account, available for use in betting or gaming.

Registration Requirements

• Each individual may open only one account.
• Operating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• The name, mobile number and payment details provided at registration must all belong to the same person.
• If you need to update your account details, please contact the support team via live chat.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to a third party.

Account Security

• Keeping your password confidential is your own responsibility.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the support team immediately.
• 995bat will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from shared account access.

Identity Verification Process

• 995bat reserves the right to verify a Member's age and identity at any time.
• A copy of a National ID (NID), birth certificate or passport may be requested for verification.
• Withdrawals may be put on hold if the required documents are not submitted.
• If an account is registered with false age or identity information, the account will be cancelled and funds on deposit may be forfeited.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
• Supported methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
• Only deposits from an account registered in the Member's own name are accepted.
• Deposits made through a third party may be cancelled.
• Please use the correct reference number when making a deposit — 995bat is not responsible for any delays caused by an incorrect reference.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• 995bat reserves the right to put a withdrawal on hold if fraud is suspected.

Welcome Bonus

• New Members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
• Example: ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500.
• Example: ৳22,000 deposit → ৳15,000 bonus → total balance ৳37,000.
• A 25x wagering requirement must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• The welcome bonus is available to each Member once only.

General Bonus Rules

• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Multiple bonuses may not be used at the same time unless stated otherwise.
• Rules for using bonus codes will be specified separately for each promotion.
• 999bat reserves the right to change or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account may be suspended.

VIP and Cashback Program

• Bronze: up to 0.2% cashback per week.
• Silver: up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Gold: up to 0.6% cashback per week.
• Platinum: up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• VIP tier is determined based on your activity on the platform.

Gaming Rules

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is affected by a technical error, 995bat reserves the right to void that bet.
• If an error is found after a result has been announced, the corrected result will apply.
• The individual rules for each game are available on the platform.

Live Betting

• Odds may change during live betting.
• If a bet is not confirmed due to a loss of internet connection, that bet will be treated as void.
• 995bat reserves the right to accept or reject bets if there is a server issue during a live match.

List of Prohibited Actions

• Operating more than one account belonging to the same person.
• Exploiting any system vulnerability or bug for personal gain.
• Using bots, automated software or artificial intelligence to place bets.
• Using the platform for money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Attempting to hack another person's account.
• Attempting to manipulate platform odds or results.
• Betting on behalf of a third party or being part of a professional syndicate.
• Allowing minors to use an account or opening an account in their name.

Account Suspension

• 995bat may temporarily suspend any account during suspicious activity.
• Both deposits and withdrawals will be unavailable while an account is suspended.
• If the investigation is completed and no violation is found, the account will be reactivated.

Permanent Account Closure

• An account will be permanently closed in the event of a serious breach of the terms and conditions.
• Any remaining valid balance in a permanently closed account will be returned, but bonus balances will be forfeited.
• Members may also request account closure at any time.

Self-Exclusion

Data Usage

• A member's personal information will be used only for service delivery, verification and security purposes.
• Information is not sold to third parties.
• Information may be provided to relevant authorities where required by legal obligation.

• 995bat will make every effort to address delays caused by unexpected technical issues, but will not be obligated to provide compensation.
• 995bat is not responsible for losses caused by a member's negligence or their own mistakes.

Service Interruptions

The service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance or unexpected reasons. 995bat will endeavour to notify members as far in advance as possible.

Complaint Submission Process

• For any dispute or complaint, first contact our support team via 24/7 live chat.
• Include a detailed description of the complaint, the relevant dates and times, and any supporting evidence.
• The support team will provide an initial response within 72 hours.
• Complex matters may take additional time to resolve.

Final Decision

In all disputes, the decision of 995bat's authority will be considered final; however, all information presented by the member will be fairly considered when reaching a decision.
